Metropolitan Police refer themselves to complaints watchdog over contact officers had with Caroline Flack before her death

The former Love Island host (top and bottom left) was found dead in her flat in Stoke Newington (bottom right, police at her home) on Saturday afternoon, the day after she had been told that the CPS was pursuing a court case against her. Scotland Yard’s directorate of professional standards reviewed all previous contact with Love Island presenter Flack, 40, before making the referral on Wednesday. An IOPC spokesman: said: ‘The Independent Office for Police Conduct has received a referral from the Metropolitan Police relating to its contact with Caroline Flack prior to her death. We will make a decision on the level of our involvement after carefully assessing the information we have received. Receipt of a referral does not mean an investigation will necessarily follow.’

UK Police Won’t Turn Over Information That Could Prove Prince Andrew is Guilty

Police are saying that handing over such information could pose a threat to national security.

Prince Andrew Scotland Yard

(TMU) — The infamous UK Police department Scotland Yard is refusing to reveal Prince Andrew’s location on the night that he is accused of being with Virginia Giuffre, one of the young girls trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein who was underage at the time she claims the Duke had sex with her.

Members of the royal family are regularly accompanied by police guards in their day to day activities and there are records of where and when the officers were sent—or at the very least a record of which officers worked on which day. If these records were to be made available investigators could easily determine where Prince Andrew was on the night in question, but police are saying that handing over such information could pose a threat to national security.

During his disastrous BBC interview, Andrew claimed that he was at a Pizza Express in Woking on the night then 17-year-old Giuffre (nee Roberts) says the pair visited a club and later had sex. If the Duke is indeed telling the truth, then his claims could be very easily corroborated by whichever guard was on duty at the time. Unfortunately, Scotland Yard has not been willing to cooperate.

In a statement responding to the inquiry, Scotland Yard said that revealing information about the disgraced prince’s whereabouts on the night in question could “undermine the safeguarding of national security,” according to the Sun.

It would allow those with a criminal intent to gain an operational advantage over the MPS and place those who the MPS have confirmed are afforded protection, as well as protection officers, and members of the public at risk,” the statement continued.Get the latest from The Mind Unleashed in your inbox. The investigation into Prince Andrew’s location on that night of the alleged crime is part of a case involving numerous Epstein victims who have been seeking justice for many years. As the Mind Unleashed reported last month, lawyers representing the victims have said they intend to subpoena Prince Andrew so he is forced to testify in court about his relationship with Epstein and his victims.

Bile and vitriol: Brendan Hynes, from Aberdeenshire, is a 'cybernat' who tweets under the name @Hyvast

Bile and vitriol: Brendan Hynes, from Aberdeenshire, is a ‘cybernat’ who tweets under the name @Hyvast

Hunched in front of the flickering computer screen, Brendan Hynes is hard at work, despite the late hour.

The divorced father of three has a look of intense concentration as his fingers race across the keyboard. Like a lot of retirees, the internet has provided him with a hobby, a useful way of keeping in touch with relatives.

But the former oil industry executive isn’t tapping out friendly messages: from his flat in a housing complex in a sleepy Aberdeenshire village, he is spilling endless bile and vitriol onto Twitter, the ‘micro-blogging’ website.

Hynes has quickly established himself as a ‘cybernat’ – the army of online supporters of Scottish independence notorious for their provocative and often abusive comments and now at the centre of a growing political row.

Last week, Hynes, 64, tweeted prominent Unionist commentator John McTernan: ‘You are an outright  collaborator, conspiring to put Scotland in subjection.’

Defending his comment later, Hynes tweeted: ‘So what would you call a person who seeks to give his country to another country to be lorded over – friend of the people?’

He has even posted altered pictures of David Cameron in a Nazi uniform alongside quotes from Auschwitz’s Angel of Death, the Nazi medic Josef Mengele.

When the Scottish Daily Mail tracked him down to his home in Peterculter, Hynes, responsible for nearly 11,000 tweets, many of them hate-filled, was unrepentant.

‘I send as many tweets as I want,’ he said. ‘I can put out as many as I like – that’s what it’s for. I’m retired, that’s what I do.’

It would be easy to dismiss these outpourings as irrelevant to the national debate on the independence referendum.

But Hynes – and many like him – are turning Twitter and other online forums into ‘no-go zones’ for those who want to engage in a rational debate on the country’s future.

Many commentators, including some of the Mail’s own writers, have found themselves facing a tidal wave of abuse from cybernats who seek to poison political debate in this country.

Unlike Hynes, many cybernats are more cowardly and hide behind aliases. Some Nationalists have rightly pointed out that there are offensive tweeters, or online activists, on both sides; and there will always be those who pour out abuse unthinkingly, solely to cause offence.

Dependent: 41-year-old Jason Dolan claims state benefits

Not Scottish: Melissa Murray, who lives in Edinburgh, is from the U.S.

Abusers: Jason Dolan, 41, left, attacks the Government while relying on benefit handouts, while Melissa Murray, right, expresses strong opinions, but is not Scottish herself

But what marks out the cybernats is their modus operandi: from their disparate locations around the country, on smartphones, laptops and desktop computers in lonely bedrooms, they operate almost as one homogenous body.

There are central figures who spur on or co-ordinate this activity,  binding them together and providing inspiration and moral support.

In a show of defiance, they have even produced their own ‘cybernat’ logo for online use.

The Scottish Daily Mail set out to unmask some of them, with surprising results.

Some don’t live here and can’t vote in September’s crucial referendum, or aren’t even Scottish; some are outwardly respectable, professional people, reserving their bile for the internet.

And some, like Jason Dolan, rail against the UK Government, while openly admitting they depend on its benefits system.

When the Mail visited his small terraced house in Cumbernauld, Dunbartonshire, he had been asleep for most of the day, only waking at around 6pm.

Dolan, 41, lives on state handouts (he has bad circulation and claims he cannot work) with his 73-year-old mother.

It is here that he crafts some of  his sickening tweets, such as: ‘Be prepared for the Scottish Revolution if you #UK loving c**** try to stop the real Scots from getting independence. #SNP’

In another broadside, he says: ‘@antitoryparty Great tweets! And so true about #Tory scum bags! #IndyRef they are like the #NAZI party. Cameron won’t get in on 2015.’

Dolan is rather more reasoned in person, saying he would be ‘disappointed if people didn’t vote Yes, but I wouldn’t go all Braveheart about it’. His advice for victims of online trolling is simply to ‘move on’.

Remote: Stuart Campbell blogs against the pro-Union Better Together campaign, but lives in Bath and will not get a vote in the referendum

Remote: Stuart Campbell blogs against the pro-Union Better Together campaign, but lives in Bath and will not get a vote in the referendum

Other cybernats don’t fit this profile of the bitter, lonely blogger, spewing bile in the small hours.

Melissa Murray is a director of a management consultancy – Darkstar Resources – living in the affluent Bruntsfield area of Edinburgh. More surprisingly, the 45-year-old mother of one is from the United States.

In her Twitter biography – which also contains a picture of Edinburgh Castle – she describes herself as a ‘Yank living in Edinburgh

supports Scottish independence’.

Among her tweets, read by more than 1,200 followers, is this observation: ‘sorry but anyone who professes Scotland is #bettertogether truly must hate Scotland’.

In another tweet, she claims to be ‘undecided’ about her political beliefs, saying: ‘I didn’t realise so many Better Together folk hated Mandela. As an undecided, I’m shocked by this fact.’

‘Let’s hear it for the cybernats!’ she tweeted this week amid a growing political row over the way the phenomenon is poisoning political debate.

When the Mail visited her home the day before, she was rather less keen to back the cause, saying only: ‘I’m not an SNP person, so I don’t know what a cybernat is.’

Rather gleefully, she also referred to herself, after our visit, as a ‘famous cybernat’.

One of those she corresponded with this week on Twitter – the favoured medium of the cybernat – was a blogger called Wings Over Scotland.

Wings is in fact ‘Reverend’ Stuart Campbell, 46, a former video games journalist from Denny, Stirlingshire, who has built up a following of around 7,000 subscribers on the micro-blogging site after nearly 50,000 tweets.

‘Followers’ is an apposite term, as Wings has grown into something of a cult – so much so that many of them willingly donate cash to the blog to fund ventures such as  opinion polls – and some of Campbell’s ‘wages’.

But nothing is quite as it seems with the ‘Reverend’ (a claim no one has yet verified; last night, the Church of Scotland told the Mail it had no record of Campbell as a Kirk minister).

Campbell lives in Bath, Somerset (with his pet rats), which means he cannot even vote in the independence referendum.

‘Wings’ sees himself as a rallying point for the independence cause, urging his readers to try to convert as many ‘undecideds’ as possible.

On his website, he tells his  acolytes: ‘they’ll [undecided voters] be hungry for more truth, and then you can send them our way.’

The self-aggrandising ‘our’, of course, is slightly misleading, as Wings is more or less a one-man outfit, though he does sometimes commission and publish pro- independence submissions.

A self-publicist of the first order, Wings often boasts about his growing profile and Community Safety Minister Roseanna Cunningham is  one of his Twitter correspondents.

Yes Scotland chief executive Blair Jenkins has previously replied to Campbell on Twitter and accepted an invitation from him to take part in a public debate, though the Yes camp has since distanced itself from him.

Perhaps it’s no wonder, as Campbell is prone to the kind of intemperate rants that have helped to turn Twitter into such a toxic environment.

Straying from the topic of independence, he once sparred with  the sister of Hillsborough victim Thomas Fox, telling her: ‘If people stop when they get to a wall of human beings instead of ramming it, nobody dies.’ He accused those he holds responsible for the crushing of being ‘c***s’.

Attacks: Tommy Ball, pictured, has called the British Army 'child killers'

Official: Andy Anglis, 53, used to work for Government bodies, and has attacked journalists online for writing 'lies & propaganda'

Write caption here

This week, he tweeted pro-Union campaigner Andrew Skinner on Twitter: ‘I’d just like you to f*** off to Ireland’ (and then shamelessly revelled in the fact his tweet had been highlighted as an example of cybernat trolling).

In December, Campbell asked an SNP councillor: ‘Is there anyone you don’t like? Fred West? Harold Shipman? Anas Sarwar [Scottish Labour deputy leader]?’

Yet Campbell brazenly told the Mail: ‘The term “cybernat” is an attempted smear intended to  denigrate anyone who supports independence and can operate a computer.’

He added: ‘The notion of a Great Cyber Control HQ where thousands of internet users are marshalled, co-ordinated and deployed in the service of dastardly separatist overlords is a paranoid fantasy worthy of Joe McCarthy.’

Campbell set out to raise £1,500 from his backers for one poll but took in £6,025 and claimed in an interview this week that he had to ask people to stop sending money.

For the second poll, he asked for £2,500 but received £5,797, hitting his target in 70 minutes.
Campbell also raised just over £33,000 to pay himself a wage and plans to run a second major funding appeal to secure that salary and to pay for further projects.

Internet trolls who spread hate online face being locked up for five years, prosecutors warned last night.

The intervention by the Crown Office comes amid growing concern over online activists allying themselves with the pro-independence movement.

Last night, as calls escalated for the SNP to intervene to curb the wave of online abuse, it emerged that the Crown Office is planning a shake-up of prosecution guidelines to ‘get tough’ on the trolls.

The Crown said anyone found guilty after being prosecuted before a sheriff and jury for offensive or abusive tweets or online comments faces being imprisoned for up to five years.

A Crown Office source said: ‘We are currently working on plans to publish further prosecution guidance relating to offensive comments made on social media and are in the process of consulting with stakeholders.

‘We have been considering it [the shake-up] for a while as social media and the evidence obtained from it plays an increasingly important part in the prosecution of cases.’

A Yes Scotland spokesman said: ‘We condemn all forms of online bullying and intimidation, regardless of which side of the debate it comes from.

‘The referendum campaign can do without the vitriol and as such, we instruct all staff and volunteers not to interact with Twitter or Facebook trolls.’

Last night, a Yes Scotland spokesman said: ‘Stuart Campbell is not part of Yes Scotland and we do not have any direct contact with him.’

But he conceded that ‘as the country becomes more engaged with the independence debate, it is likely that speaking events and debates will be proposed by a  variety of groups and individuals’.
He added: ‘We will continue to assess those offers on an individual basis.’

In Campbell’s orbit are lesser – but no less vociferous – cybernats.

One of them is Tommy Ball, 29, who recently called a Unionist commentator ‘Uncle Tam’ and has branded the British Army ‘scum’.

Rejecting accusations from other angry Twitter users that British soldiers had died ‘fighting for the likes of you’ in 2012, he wrote: ‘There’s no British soldier fighting for anything I believe in. Bunch of child killers.’

Ball claimed to have been an  SNP organiser in Nicola Sturgeon’s former Glasgow Govan seat – but after a row over his Twitter comments, he quit the party.

Yet Ball hardly conforms, at first glance, to the stereotype of the cybernat – he’s a lab technician who lives alone in Govan.

Speaking at the door of his redbrick top-floor flat, he said he, too, has had had threats ‘levelled against me; people making threats on the internet’.

But Ball then undermined his point by claiming, implausibly, that ‘if someone is threatening on a social network, they’re not likely to pose a threat in real life’.

Andy Inglis, 53, is also an unlikely cybernat.

A tweet from his account this week to a journalist said: ‘U have won “scaring & confusing my mother wi lies & propaganda” award.

‘U r a s*** of the lowest order & a disgrace 2 journalism.’

Despite his foul-mouthed remarks, Inglis, the Edinburgh-based divorced father of a teenage daughter, describes himself online as a ‘former UN & UK government official’ who has worked in more than 50 independent countries.

He seemed uncharacteristically unwilling to air his views this week, however; Inglis tweeted that he knew the Mail wanted to contact him but he failed to get in touch.

Unlikely location: Commercial manager Andrew Ellis, 52, fights the nationalist corner from Chichester, West Sussex

Unlikely location: Commercial manager Andrew Ellis, 52, fights the nationalist corner from Chichester, West Sussex

Andrew Ellis, 52, on the other hand, is proud to be called a  ‘cybernat’. He is helping to promote Scottish independence – from the unlikely location of his home in Chichester, West Sussex.

Mr Ellis, a commercial manager for computing firm Hewlett Packard since November, moved from Yorkshire to his present home in 1992 with his English wife, 51-year-old Debbie.

The Edinburgh-born former politics student appears to be one of the more temperate cybernats, though at times he is a near-fanatical supporter of Wings, in many of his near-17,000 tweets to about 800 followers.

He told the Mail: ‘I am not a member of the SNP or a supporter, even though I find some of what they say and do quite attractive.

‘I am not a slave to the SNP – there are 800,000 Scots living in England and I’m sure plenty of them would also want independence.’

But he conceded: ‘I appreciate some of the people on Twitter can be quite extreme and unpleasant in what they say – but that is the same from both sides.

‘There is a lot of negativity from the No camp too, which could easily be reined in as well.’

Meanwhile, back in Cumbernauld, cybernat Dolan is in reflective mood. ‘Maybe I shouldn’t have written it,’ he admits, talking about one of his more abusive tweets. ‘But you can’t go back and change it.’

It can only be hoped that other cybernats take note of that self-awareness and contrition – however belated.

But many of those who have fallen victim to their vicious broadsides are unlikely to be holding their breath. This entry was posted on February 20, 2020, in Uncategorized. Bookmark the permalink. Leave a commentEdit

DAVID STEEL – So what power did Cyril Smith wield over David Steel? Do earlier publications linking Steel to Ian Campbell Dunn, a founder member of PIE, or Steel’s criticism of Geoffrey Dickens for bringing the paedophile Peter Hayman into disrepute shed light on the issue?

Scallywag reported in 1994 that David Steel was living in a flat in the Dolphin Square complex in Pimlico at the time a paedophile network was operating there.

(Steel was renting a flat in Dolphin Square in 1983, the Sunday Times reported. He was still a resident of Dolphin Square in 1997 according to the Independent, which identified Steel as a “long-term tenant”).

Derek Laud, an alleged child abuser, was a “frequent” visitor to David Steel’s flat in or about 1994, according to Scallywag.

Throughout Steel’s career at Westminster he was a “weekend husband” in his wife’s words. Similarly, the Sunday Times described Steel as “largely an absentee father and husband,
returning home usually for only one or two nights at the weekend”.

Scallywag did not directly accuse Steel of participating in child sexual abuse, but a source quoted by Scallywag strongly implied that Mr Steel had sexual relations with male minors under the age of consent who came, or were supplied, to his Dolphin Square flat (the source refers to “young boys” and “underage boys”).

David Steel sometimes shared his Dolphin Square flat with his adopted son William Steel (“Billy”) – a theatre student at the time, and more recently a movie director living in Highgate, near Hampstead.

William, unlike his siblings who apparently were not adopted, has rarely been spoken of by Lord Steel in press interviews, and a contributor to The Tap Blog says she knows that the young Billy was sexually abused by his father. Whether this is true, I don’t know.

In 1981, David Steel strongly objected to Geoffrey Dickens MP naming the disgraced paedophile diplomat Peter Hayman in Parliament through an order paper. Steel accused Dickens of setting a “very dubious precedent”.

Alex Salmond appears in court on sexual assault charges

This article is more than 2 months old

Former first minister faces 14 charges, including attempted rape, against 10 women

Alex Salmond denies rape and sexual assault charges – video

Alex Salmond, Scotland’s former first minister, is to go on trial early next year charged with a series of alleged sexual assaults against 10 women and an attempted rape.

Salmond, 64, appeared at the high court in Edinburgh on Thursday charged with 14 offences, including an attempted rape, one intent to rape, 10 sexual assaults and two indecent assaults allegedly committed while he was the first minister and the Scottish National party leader.

The attempted rape in 2014 and a separate assault with intent to rape in 2013 are alleged to have taken place in a bedroom at Bute House, the Georgian property in Edinburgh’s new town used as the official residence of Scotland’s first ministers.

Under the attempted rape charge, he is accused of stripping off a woman’s clothes, pinning her against a wall and blocking her path, before forcing her on to a bed and trying to rape her.

The alleged offences span a six-year period from June 2008 to November 2014, and include incidents alleged to have taken place at the Scottish parliament, in a ministerial car, at the Ubiquitous Chip restaurant in Glasgow and a nightclub in central Edinburgh.

Salmond, of Strichen, in Aberdeenshire, sat in the dock for a brief procedural hearing before Lady Dorrian, the lord justice clerk, wearing a suit and a tie with saltires. He was flanked by two court security officers but did not speak. The trial was fixed for 9 March 2020 and is expected to take four weeks.

Outside court, with his sisters Gail and Margaret standing behind him, Salmond told the media he was pleading not guilty to all the charges and would defend himself vigorously.

“I’m not permitted to say too much today, save that we’ve lodged our defence statement in the court and plead not guilty to all charges. We’re also in the midst of a general election campaign and I’m not going to say anything that would influence that process,” Salmond said.

He cited his successful civil court case against the Scottish government last year, when the civil service admitted it had botched an internal inquiry into two harassment complaints made against him by female officials.

“We’re now into our second year of court actions, first civil and now criminal. It’s over 10 months since we won the civil action. I’m innocent and will defend my position vigorously. But the only proper place to answer criminal charges is in this court and that’s exactly what we intend to do next spring.”

Salmond first appeared in private at Edinburgh sheriff court in January charged with 14 offences, including two attempted rapes, nine counts of sexual assault, two of indecent assault and one breach of the peace. The second attempted rape charge and the breach of the peace charge no longer appear on the indictment.

He is being represented by one of Scotland’s most senior defence advocates, Gordon Jackson QC, a former Labour MSP who is also dean of the faculty of advocates, the profession’s supervisory and representative body. The prosecution is being led by Alex Prentice QC, one of Scotland’s most respected prosecutors.

The new indictment details alleged offences taking place: in Baillieston, Glasgow, in 2008; at a nightclub in central Edinburgh in 2010 or 2011; in a car travelling from Holyrood Road, the site of the Scottish parliament, to Waverley station in Edinburgh in 2011; at the Scottish parliament on various occasions between 2011 and 2013; at Stirling Castle in late 2014; and at the Ubiquitous Chip restaurant in the west end of Glasgow in 2012.

Nine of the charges relate to a series of alleged offences at Bute House, which Salmond used as his residence in Edinburgh from when he became first minister in May 2007 until his resignation as SNP leader after losing the independence referendum in September 2014.

The allegations of assault and attempted rape at Bute House, which are offences under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009, have been brought by seven women. The maximum penalty for attempted rape and for sexual assault under the act is life imprisonment.

Nicola Sturgeon, Scotland’s first minister, said she would not comment on her predecessor’s court appearance or the charges against him but said the allegations would not have any impact on the general election.

“This is an ongoing criminal trial and it would just not be appropriate in any way, shape or form to make any comment on that while the trial is ongoing and before it reaches a conclusion,” she said.

“The only thing I would say as first minister and as an ordinary citizen is that my only interest is in seeing justice done, whatever that may be. But that is a matter for the courts.”

barthnotes and his dodgy site on “Religion” and children

Barthnotes and his dodgy site on “Religion” and children

@Barthnotes and his dodgy site on “Religion” and children

Searching around the Web for who the blogger Richard Bartholomew is. He runs the blog and is an infamous troll in the P.I.E sphere. In the comments section of his blog you often see Jonathan King and other fiddlers chatting freely. Bartholomew stayed in Bishop Ball’s house and has an interest in abuse cases and peculiar topics. Here is one weird comment he left on the Hollie Greig site:

Bartholomew likes to have sites take down content on him. Anyway here is what we found on the Wayback Machine. For someone to speak so knowledgeably and publicly about nonces it is only fair that we know where he’s coming from. And it aint a pretty tale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just Who is Richard Bartholomew (Besides being another abusive internet Troll that is)?

The first thing that should be said about this blog entry is that it has been a long time coming. Richard Bartholomew AKA @Barthsnotes is an unemployed librarian who has been smearing and slandering TT for 12 months. Worse, he’s a friend of paedos and uses his blog comments section as a meeting place for the likes of convicted paedo Jonathan King. Bartholomew is a friend of disgraced barrister Barbara Hewson who wants the age of consent lowered to 13.

For victims such as the MP Nadine Dorries and Glen Jenvey the online stalking and abuse from this bespectacled buffoon has gone on for much longer. Alongside the pill-popper Tim Ireland, Bartholomew is an infamous troll and the police know Richard “No Comment” Bartholomew only too well.

All the while Bartholomew has done this under the presumption that no-one can find him.

Well that ends today.

It should also be observed that several tweeters and bloggers have pointed out that no expose on Tim Ireland would be complete without writing a line or two on his fellow online stalker-in-chief. Bartholomew too has posted abusive tweets and blogs about witnesses to the Leveson Inquiry, while all the while telling more than a few porkies of his own.

Laughably he whimpered last that TT was “threatening his family” by simply saying that he was going to be writing about him next.

Well @Barthnotes the only risk here is others seeing what a very, very sad man you are. You and your PIN (police information notice for harassment that is).

                                         JUST WHO IS RICHARD BARTHOLOMEW?
For a start he isn’t very different from Tim Ireland, in that he is a classic under achiever who regularly attacks others for no reason other than they appear to be more successful than himself (not hard).

And as with @Bloggerheads he has the coward’s pack mentality when it comes to attacking the weak and the vulnerable.

Take, for example, this blog he wrote on former activist Glen Jenvey knowing full well the latter was in the midst of a having a nervous breakdown.

And again here in the same blog – in which Bartholomew callously mentions how Mr Jenvey has talked of suicide:

Comparisons between the two don’t end there, however.

@Barthsnotes appears to take the same childish view of the world which says he can freely attack others without any of it coming back to him.

Foolishly he also assumes that because he has a relatively common name, it will be impossible to find him.

Take, for example, this typically oddball entryon the website
Well guess what? TT has.
The picture and bio are definitely right – but the place is very definitely wrong. Another example, perhaps, of how @Barthsnotes thinks he can hide from the people he abuses on the internet.

In fact an advert in the Hastings edition of Friday Ad reveals his true wherabouts – with Bartholomew advertising offering ghost writing services (shurely shome mishtake) from a local phone number.

That number is the landline for the home this oddball in his forties shares with his elderly mother Rosemary, secretary of the Hastings Writers Group from whence @Barthsnotes tries so hard to hide at their fortnightly meetings.

Indeed Bartholomew gives the same area for his location on a very odd sounding dating website:

Bartholomew describes his blog as a blog about religion but it is principally a political blog. It takes an anti-Christian line attacking low-hanging Christian victims such as African preachers and US Bible belt cranks.

He has also been known to work with al Qaeda supporting blogs such as the now removed to get ammo on his Christian and Jewish victims. Some of Bartholomew’s smears are highly personal and he is decidedly dishonest.

The religious posts are cover for the blog’s real purpose which is attacking the likes of US-based Jewish researcher Robert Spence, the Conservative Party and the anti Islamist English Defence League.

Bartholomew is very wary about putting his personal details on the web and revels in anonymity yet he still smears and slanders innocent people and is so brazen as to condemn anonymous internet attacks. So it is just and fitting that his victims should know the following details about him and where he resides so they can finally take legal action against this sad, middle-aged loser:

The Bartholomews’ property has a value in the region of £197,000.00 but the property is in his mother’s name. His mother, a divorcee, rents out rooms to lodgers at this property to help make ends meet.

Indeed, she has even published a book on how to do so. Sadly, it hasn’t done  too well and she’s trying to sell all the unsold copies have ended up on EBay.

Bartholomew is listed as a member of the Society of Indexers and is a qualified librarian – quite appropriate for a keyboard warrior on twitter.

For some extraordinary reason, Bartholomew worked for a few months as a visiting lecturer several years ago at the School of Oriental & African Studiesin London after working with a TEFL qualification as an English teacher in Japan. He also once posted a blog for the Guardian Newspaper but the Guardian Group has since disassociated from him.

Bartholomew is unemployed (though he would call himself self-employed) and has a patchy financial history and benefits record. He seems to own very few assets. It seems his day job is helping out at the boarding house him Mum runs.

The plain facts of the matter – and one he is desperate to keep hidden – is that @Barthsnotes is a sad, deluded leftist with no scruples who for years has hidden behind the fallen blogger and stalker Tim Ireland.

He deserves to be exposed. His anonymity has now officially ended.

. Interesting behaviour by a QC in a statutory inquiry ⁦

Stuart Syvret

Indeed. Tell me, do you know if the Janner family have declared the obvious reputational financial conflicts of interest? A victim or victims of a deceased child-abuser obviously have, if meeting the civil standard of proof, have a claim against the estate.

 Esther Baker

No. I don’t believe that they have pointed out the obvious. I imagine it’s a fact that even IICSA will have noticed though.

Stuart Syvret

Are you confident of that? Bluntly, I have to say, #IICSA gives every appearance of being a criminal enterprise, in-&-of-itself. E.G exclusion of events on Jersey. The fact the Jersey “public-inquiry” was overtly corrupt, but some of its lawyers now work for

Stuart Syvret

…I don’t want to be negative, but the Jersey child-abuse “public-inquiry” is – brazenly – the most corrupt public-inquiry in all of British administrative history. Just, hands-down – literally no attempt to disguise it. And it’s all-of-a-piece with #IICSA.

 Esther Baker

I don’t think it’s negative … I think it’s realistic. Maybe it’ll be another 20/50 years before the country accepts what’s really going on. I’ve always said that I think the inquiry has become an institution in its own right & that one day it will be judged as it now judges.

Five-year-old autistic boy ‘registered as sex offender’ for hugging one classmate and kissing another on the cheek

A FIVE-YEAR-OLD autistic boy has been branded a “sex offender” for hugging a classmate and kissing another on the cheek.

Nathan’s devastated family say a teacher accused him of “sexual activities” at East Ridge Elementary in Tennessee.

They claim they were told Nathan has been “labelled a sex predator” and will have it on his record forever.

His guardian, Summery Putnam, said she received a call from the school near the start of September that made her “sick to her stomach”.

She told ABC7:“First of all, I didn’t understand… He’s a five-year-old, he’s a child.

“The teacher called me. She said, ‘You need to have a talk with Nathan about boundaries.'”

Ms Putnam said the teacher also accused her son of “sexual activities”.

“If you don’t understand how autism works, you’d think he’s acting out or being defiant, but that’s not the situation,” Putnam said.

“I talked to him. I said, ‘You can’t hug children.’

“He said: ‘Why?’

“I said, ‘Because, Nathan, it’s not allowed.'”

“To bring something like this against a child, a special needs child, that really doesn’t understand what he’s done wrong.”

Nathan’s grandmother Debi Amick pleaded for help on Facebook.

She wrote: “What do you do when a 5 year child is being labelled a sexual predator and accused of sexual harassment by the school system?

“It was disclosed that it will go in his record for the rest of his life that he is a sex offender.

“This child is [autistic], he comprehends and functions very different than your typical 5 year.

“Who do you turn to for help when the school will not even listen to the child’s doctor when he explains the child’s difficulties in his comprehension of simple things such as boundaries.

“If anyone can offer advice or help please do.”

She said the school claimed to have had to speak with Nathan on several previous occasions.

Tim Hensley of the Hamilton County Department of Education said: “School personnel are required to [raise] concerns regarding children to the Department of Child Services.

“It’s up to DCS to determine if those reports are acted on by DCS and what form those actions may take.”

Ms Putnam confirmed that Nathan had now been moved to a different class with a different teacher, and that he is receiving special educational services.
